General

  • I have a right to refuse/refund any commission that I feel uncomfortable doing

  • Commissions are for personal use only

Payment

  • Payment is made through Paypal

  • Payment is made fully up front before I start the commission

  • For colored commissions: No refunds after sketch stage with exception if I am unable to complete the commission

  • For sketch commissions: No refunds after I am already finished working on the commission

  • Please provide me with detailed references for characters/clothing/poses in order to help me understand what you want.

  • I will send you a sketch of the commission where changes can be made. I will only continue with the commission after the sketch has been approved.

  • Major revisions beyond the sketch phase will cost a fee. Limited minor revisions are free of charge.

  • Commissions may take up to a month to be finished, however if any issues arise where I need to delay your commission I will notify you.
